Packaging And Ethylene Absorbents On Storage Quality Of Okubo Peach Effect

With nine maturity of Okubo peach as materials, packaging and ethylene absorbents are studied – NET ethylene treatment on fruit firmness, soluble solids content (TSS), titratable acidity, juice rate and the impact of rot and Browning. Test results indicate that ethylene absorbents and package treatment compared with the control treatment significantly inhibited the firmness of decline, increased TSS and increased juice yield, delay the occurrence of rot and Browning, but the content of titratable acid had no significant effect. Add ethylene absorbents do not affect normal ripening and softening of the flesh. Inhibit the effect of decay in the packaging process. But Brown appears to be aggravating.
