For prolonging the shelf-life of Pleurotus eryngii studied ethylene absorbents on storage of Pleurotus eryngii at 20 c 10 d quality indicator and antioxidant effects. Results indicate that ethylene absorbent can slow the shelves of Pleurotus eryngii during respiration and membrane permeability increases slow soluble protein, vitamin c, sugar content and antioxidant capacity of decline. 2.5 kg using Pleurotus eryngii 18~27 g ethylene absorbent effect is good. Pleurotus eryngii, was successfully developed in recent years cultivated edible, medicinal, dietary therapy in one of the new varieties of rare edible fungi. Currently, industrialized cultivation technology of Pleurotus eryngii have matured [1-4], has become second only to the industrial production of mushrooms in mainland China. But cutting harvesting of Pleurotus eryngii, breathing can lead to injuries increased resistance to reduce and accelerate destruction of the entities within the organization.
